This imposing lead Takrut was consecrated in 2002 by the very venerable Luang Phor Moon Tithasilo, of Wat Banjan, in Sisaket province.
It belongs to a limited series of only 4,999 copies. The Takrut offered here bears the individual number 1346.
Its massive lead body is covered with sacred Khmer characters and mystical symbols in relief. Its elongated shape and raw appearance testify to the traditional nature of this consecrated creation.
This large Takrut is presented in a new transparent cylindrical reliquary, custom-made to durably protect the sacred object while allowing its inscriptions to be contemplated.
