Thai amulets of the Most Venerable Luang Phor Thuat.

Luang Phor Thuat was born in 1582 in the town of Ban Suanchan
(Songkhla province, southern Thailand)
and presented various miraculous signs from his early childhood
(among other things he had a jewel in his mouth at birth!).

Later he became a monk at Wat Sri-Yang Temple, where he stayed for 3 years.
then went to Ayuthaya to continue his studies.

During his lifetime he produced many miracles and proofs of his advanced realization of the Dharma and eventually earned the title of "Somdej Phra Rajamuni Samiramagunupamacarya" (the highest title ever given to a wandering monk).

Years after his disappearance, LP Thuat continued to appear.
in the dreams of his disciples and they began to make amulets
and statues in his image, this tradition
has continued for the past 500 years and is still very much alive.

Before his death, tradition reports that LP Thuat said
that he will protect anyone who wears an amulet with his image,
even if this one was not blessed
( "even an image in earth made by an ordinary person"
would have been his precise words).

We can therefore consider that unlike other Thai amulets,
there cannot be a "false and ineffective" LP Thuat amulet,
and so if you see an image of this Venerable that you like,
you can wear it with respect and have the certainty
that it will be active regardless of its origin.
