This powerful amulet depicts Matschanu (มัจฉานุ), the famous son of the monkey god Hanuman and the mermaid princess Suvannamacha, a mythological character from the Thai Ramakien . Carefully carved from sacred alchemical metal ( เนื้อโลหะอาถรรพ์ ).
It is part of the highly sought-after series "เพิ่มทรัพย์ เพิ่มสุข" (Increase Wealth & Happiness), blessed in grand ceremony by Venerable Luang Phor Hong Phrommapanyo on the occasion of his 92nd birthday, on February 28, 2010 (BE 2553), at Wat Phetchaburi , Prasat District, Surin Province.
The main blessing took place on Holy Saturday 5 ( Wan Sao Haa ) on March 20, 2010, a major astrological day corresponding to the 5th lunar day of the 5th month. This very auspicious day was chosen to infuse each amulet with the sacred elements of the tradition: earth, water, air and fire , as well as the ancient mantras of Luang Phor Hong.
