This is a rare antique amulet depicting a Lersi (sacred hermit), from Cambodia or Laos. Made of dark metal with some traces of gold still visible on its surface, this unique piece exudes an aura of mystery and power.

The Lersi, seated in meditation, holds in his left hand a sacred Talapad fan , a symbol of wisdom, authority and protection. These ancient amulets were worn by monks, shamans and initiates to receive guidance from invisible masters and the strength of Khmer and Lao esoteric traditions.

Spiritual virtues:

The Lersi is the archetype of the master of forests and ascetics. The Talapad in his hand recalls the power to repel illusions and guide the mind to the right path.

Mystical Energy:

This piece, steeped in centuries of tradition, acts as a bridge between the adept and the unseen worlds . It is said to bring support from the Lersi of the past, the protectors of yogis and tantric practitioners.
