🛕 Limited edition commemorative amulet depicting the Buddha Phra Puttha Trai Rattana Nayok , made in 2009 in honor of the 685th anniversary of the founding of Wat Phanan Choeng , one of the oldest and most venerated temples in Ayutthaya.
This exceptional amulet made of green sacred paste is finely cast: the Buddha is seated in a meditative posture under an arch of light, flanked by two praying disciples. The reverse features inscriptions in Thai and Chinese characters evoking the Three Jewels of Buddhism (Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha), and a stupa-shaped yant surmounted by mystical syllables.
It was blessed during a grand ritual ceremony at Wat Phanan Choeng (Ayutthaya), attended by many high-ranking monks and worshippers. It celebrates the longevity of the temple (founded in 1324) and the persistence of the Dharma through the centuries.
