Hin Hoi (trans: Shell stone) are calcareous opercula of shells
which are considered magical in Thailand.

Surprisingly, these same opercula are considered sacred in India
where they are called "Eye of Kali" and also in Corsica (and in Italy)
where it is called "Eye of Saint Lucy", "Eye of the Virgin" but also "Eye of Venus"!

In Thailand, Hin Hoi are considered talismans of good fortune,
We keep a pair in our wallet to attract money.
But they are also (and above all) a cute talisman for lovers, who each take one with them when they have to separate, the Hin Hoi being magically attracted to each other will help the lovers to see each other again more quickly.

measure approximately 30 to 40 mm in diameter.

These large Hin Hoi are lenticular in shape
and are therefore NOT suitable for placing in lemon juice
(if we do this they will at best have great difficulty moving).
