🙏 This sacred powder amulet honors the Most Venerable Luang Phor Somchai Titawīliyo (หลวงปู่สมชาย; 1925–2005), of Wat Khao Sukim , a temple perched in the wooded hills of Chanthaburi. Its front side features the master in a meditative position, seated in the lotus position, surrounded by the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac finely engraved in relief.
On the reverse, we discover a majestic wheel of Dharma (Dharmachakra) , surrounded by Buddhas corresponding to the days of the week , symbolizing daily protection and the reminder of the living teaching of the Buddha in the cycle of time.
Made with a traditional blend of sacred powders, this amulet is marbled with black mineral particles typical of the series blessed by Luang Phor Somchai, accentuating its spiritual power.
Wat Khao Sukim is a prominent Thai Buddhist shrine, founded to house the venerated master's disciples in a setting conducive to meditation. The temple houses a large museum of relics and sacred objects, as well as a stupa containing the master's bodily relics. Luang Phor Somchai is renowned for his scholarship, strict discipline, and profound wisdom.
Dimensions: 4 cm in diameter (excluding bail)
Weight: approximately 23 grams
Original temple box included
Reliquary: New custom-made reliquary in stainless steel decorated with traditional motifs.
Through the zodiac and the wheel of Dharma, this amulet acts as a sacred compass: it reminds us that, whatever your day of birth or your astrological animal, the path to wisdom remains open, if you walk with faith.
