Wat Pochai is a Buddhist temple located in Nongkhai Province along the Mekong River in northern Thailand. This temple is known as an important place of worship for the Nagas . Sudarshan Chakra amulets are made using traditional alchemical techniques that have been passed down
from generation to generation by the Venerable of the temple.
The Sudarshan Chakra is an important symbol in Hindu and Buddhist mythology, representing a rotating disc that symbolizes the perfection, power, and strength of divinity. Sudarshan Chakra amulets are therefore considered
as talismans of protection and good fortune.
Wat Pochai's Sudarshan Chakra alchemical amulets are made using a variety of precious metals, such as gold, silver, copper, and bronze, which are melted together in a clay crucible. Medicinal plants and sacred herbs are also added to the mixture to enhance the amulet's power.
The alchemical amulets are then blessed during a religious ceremony,
during which the monks recite prayers and incantations.
The Sudarshan Chakra alchemical amulets at Wat Pochai are considered sacred objects and are highly valued by Thai amulet collectors. They offer protection against illness, accidents, and evil spirits.
while attracting good fortune and wealth.
