consecrated in 1987 at Wat Phu Tayan Ophassi.

On the front face there is an image of the Most Venerable Luang Phor Opahssi squatting carrying a bouquet of lotuses, surrounded by two giant Naga serpents.
On the back of this medal there is a swastika.
