📿 This rare ancient amulet of Maitreya Buddha was consecrated in 1971 (BE 2514) by the venerable Phrakru Pathom Wetiyathon at the prestigious Wat Phra Pathom Chedi in Nakhon Pathom. This temple contains the largest stupa in Thailand, a symbol of Theravāda Buddhism and a major pilgrimage site.
This amulet is composed of pressed sacred powder and relics , beige in color with a natural orange patina, bearing on the back the stylized stupa of the Phra Pathom Chedi accompanied by engraved inscriptions. The front shows the Buddha Maitreya seated on a throne, hand raised in the gesture of the gift of teaching (vitarka mudrā).
Antique piece over 50 years old , it shows signs of wear typical of its age: cracks, altered surface, but intact and strongly marked by an old vibration. It is offered in a new custom-made reliquary in engraved stainless steel, ensuring protection and elegance.
