🙏 This rare and precious amulet depicts Phra Buddha Sihing in a peaceful meditation posture, accompanied by a sacred entourage. It was specially consecrated in 2007 during a major ceremony at the City Pillar Shrine in Nakhon Si Thammarat , one of the most sacred sites in southern Thailand.
The series was named Phra Buddha Sihing Mongkol Watthu Hang Pi Mahamongkol , which literally means "Auspicious Phra Sihing - Sacred Object of the End of the Mahamongkol Year."
This model is cast in a sacred multicolored paste composed of herbs, ritual ashes, flower powders and blessing inks. The reverse side bears an image of Phra Rahu. The whole was blessed in the presence of several great masters and royal monks. His Holiness Somdej Phra Sangharaj himself described this amulet as "a sacred object of great power and profound meaning."
