🪙 Blessed Medal of Luang Phor Noi Phutthasong (1986)

This rare medal was dedicated in 1986 by the Most Venerable Luang Phor Noi Phutthasong , a respected monk at Wat Lat Phrao in Bangkok. On one side, it depicts the master seated in meditation, and on the other side, a stylized image of Phra Narai (Vishnu) drawing his sacred bow. The grid-like motif of the bow here may give the impression of a net, but it is actually the string of the divine Sarnga bow , a symbol of protection and power. Wat Lat Phrao is located along a canal, and it is possible that this motif is a wink and a lucky charm for the temple's fishing disciples.

Wat Lat Phrao (วัดลาดพร้าว)

Located in Bangkok's Chatuchak district, Wat Lat Phrao is an ancient temple dating back to the Ayutthaya period. It was long a spiritual center for local residents before being restored and expanded during the 20th century. The temple retains a peaceful atmosphere despite its location in the heart of the capital, and is renowned for its ceremonies and venerated masters, including Luang Phor Noi. Wat Lat Phrao still attracts many worshippers seeking blessings and protection.
