Large protective amulet Phra Pidta made of raw clay
This large amulet represents the Buddha Phra Pidta , seated in a meditative posture, with his hands covering his face, a powerful symbol of removing illusions and protection against negative influences.
Made from raw clay and entirely handcrafted, this piece bears the natural marks of artisanal shaping. Its reverse is engraved with hand-drawn sacred symbols, reinforcing its ritual and protective character.
It was crafted by an anonymous hermit, Phra Siwali, from the Udon Thani region, in the Thai forest tradition, where ascetic practices and deep meditation imbue each creation with a sincere spiritual intention.
