Roon Samret Baramee amulet from Wat Phluang
This Roon Samret Baramee amulet was consecrated in 2014 at Wat Phluang , located in Khao Khitchakut, Chantaburi , a major pilgrimage site renowned for the spiritual power of its blessings.
Made from sacred plant paste and then painted with a luminous gold finish, it unites two major representations of the Buddha's life:
- On one side: the Buddha during his first sermon, a symbol of the setting in motion of the Wheel of Dharma and the transmission of wisdom.
- On the other side: the Baby Buddha raising his hand towards the sky, the embodiment of the birth of the Awakened One and of original purity.
This dual iconography makes this amulet a complete talisman, linking the origin of Awakening to its proclamation to the world.
