Description

A rare fragment of an ancient Tibetan Tsa Tsa votive tablet , hand-shaped using traditional methods and then fired by hand. This piece depicts a tantric mandala in relief, organized around a central figure surrounded by dancing dakinis or wrathful female deities. Although the tablet is incomplete , having lost its upper part over time, it retains a strong symbolic and vibratory power.

Tsa Tsa were traditionally created by Buddhist monks and yogis to accumulate merit, bless a place, or as offerings in stupas and sacred caves. This type of tantric representation with dakini is typical of Tibetan practices, particularly those from the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages.

Special features

  • Detailed relief despite the erosion of time.

  • Natural patina, without any restoration.

  • Rare representation of dakinis.

  • Fragment carrying strong energy and ideal for a personal altar or a collection of tantric ritual objects.

Possible use

This tablet can be displayed on a Buddhist altar or placed in a statue to charge it. Although incomplete, its symbolism remains intact for those who understand the power of forms and intentions in Tibetan Tantra.
