Thai Bhutan Amulet
Precious amulet Phra Somdej Ong Pathom Boroma Jakkapat
blessed in 2012 at Wat Saket.
*
This amulet represents on one side a Buddha Phra Somdej Ong Pathom Boroma Jakkapat and on the other a Stupa.
*
This limited series of amulets was dedicated on the occasion of the visit
of King Jigmé Khésar Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan in Thailand.
These amulets were dedicated to Wat Saket
and then at a grand ceremony in Sonam Luang.
Note that these amulets were consecrated by both Thai Venerables
and by monks of the Tibetan tradition, who came specially from Bhutan.
*
The Most Venerable Luang Phor Kiew Somdej Phra Budhajan
Wat Saket generously provided
for the manufacture of these amulets many rare relics and precious substances, including among others:
- Earth and water from the four main sacred places of Buddhism ( Lumbini , Bodh Gaya, Sarnath, and Kushinagar).
- Incense powder and dried flowers from temples located in the 77 different provinces of Thailand.

- A special blend of 108 sacred medicinal plants ( Wan Mongkhön )
- Ringsel relics of Buddha Kassapa (brought from Bhutan).
*
This is a very special amulet, produced in small numbers
and which combines the blessings of Thai and Tibetan tradition.
