The original series was consecrated on November 11, 1868 by great masters of the time, including:

• Luang Phor Ngern (Wat Bang Khla)
• Luang Phor Kaew (Wat Kreuawan)
• Luang Phor Thep Lok Udom

The amulets in this commemorative edition contain a portion of the original sacred powder from amulets in the 1868 series, giving each piece a direct link to these substances blessed by the ancient masters. The motif depicts a Phra Somdej Buddha in a stylized stupa with a royal barge in front, symbolizing both Awakening, the stability of the Dharma, and the overcoming of hardships toward Enlightenment. The blending of the ancient powders with the modern paste reveals a magnificent light beige patina enhanced with hand-gilding.
